The Art of Living recently organized a four-day yoga and meditation camp for children in the Indian city of Indore. The event, which took place at the Shrikripa center located in the LIG area, included 35 participants between the ages of 8 and 18. The camp, led by Yoga instructors Sonia Shah and Garima Khandelwal, included various types of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, pranayama, and sports activities. The participants were able to develop many positive traits such as teamwork, clarity of mind, happiness, increased memory power, positivity, and confidence.
