Masa Israel Journey has unveiled a unique job search site, called the Masa Engine, aimed specifically at its alumni who are interested in finding employment opportunities within Jewish nonprofits and Israeli high-tech companies. The platform features job postings from renowned companies such as Wix, Outbrain, SodaStream, and Monday.com, offering a wide range of positions in Israel and around the world.
Masa CEO Ofer Gutman highlighted the organization’s commitment to connecting people to Israel throughout their lives, including their professional careers. The initiative aims to foster Jewish continuity by engaging young adults who have spent at least four months in Israel participating in Masa’s long-term programs. These programs have proven to be instrumental in encouraging a sense of Jewish identity and fostering connections to Jewish life, even for individuals who were previously uninvolved.
According to a recent survey conducted by Masa, 92% of alumni with children have expressed their intent to raise their children with Jewish values, indicating a strong commitment to Jewish heritage. Additionally, eight out of ten alumni strongly agree that being Jewish holds significant importance in their lives.
The introduction of the Masa Engine demonstrates the organization’s dedication to supporting its alumni in their pursuit of meaningful careers within Jewish nonprofits and the thriving Israeli high-tech sector. By providing an innovative job search platform, Masa aims to empower its alumni to find opportunities that align with their professional aspirations while contributing to the continued growth and development of Jewish life around the world.
