The company has added two executives, Sham Sokka, PhD., and Sanjog Misra, who will lead the development of technology solutions, including radiology informatics and clinical and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Sham Sokka, PhD., has been appointed as the Chief Operating and Technology Officer of Digital Health at RadNet. With over 20 years of experience at Philips, Dr. Sokka brings extensive expertise in business, marketing, and innovation. He most recently served as the Senior Vice-President of Innovation and Marketing for Philips Precision Diagnosis business cluster. Prior to that, he has led informatics and services businesses, including Ventures and Radiology Solutions. Dr. Sokka holds a PhD from the MIT-Harvard division of Health, Sciences, and Technology and has played a pivotal role in introducing innovative MR-guided therapy systems for oncology.

Sanjog Misra joins RadNet as the Chief Commercial Officer of Digital Health. He also comes from Philips, where he held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, Commercial Leader of Diagnostic Imaging Chains, and Head of Philips Capital, North America. With over 14 years of experience in commercial and finance roles across different geographies, Mr. Misra brings a deep understanding of driving commercial scale and profitability within emerging markets.

The addition of these executives to RadNet’s management team reflects the company’s commitment to its health informatics roadmap and its strong momentum in the business.
