Renowned designer Suneet Varma captivated the audience at the Indian Couture Week with his mesmerizing collection titled Mogra. Known for delivering stunning runway shows, Varma once again left spectators spellbound with his latest creations.
The Mogra collection by Suneet Varma drew inspiration from traditional motifs and embroideries found in India’s decorative arts. It embodied a romantic, feminine, and flirtatious aesthetic. The collection showcased large abstract-shaped mirrors adorned with multi-colored thread embroidery, presenting a contemporary take on bridal wear. The glamorous lehengas, featuring off-shoulder blouses and short jackets, displayed shades of midnight blue and burgundy complemented by silver accents. The ensembles were completed with draped skirts worn with capes, ruffled organza shirts paired with high-waisted palazzo pants, and exquisite detailing.
