The Indian government-owned telecom major Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has awarded a 4G deployment order to a consortium led by Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS). The Advance Purchase Order is valued at over Rs 15,000 crore and it will cover the entire country. Passport Seva Programme, another major Indian government project for TCS, is handled by this tech giant.
