On Monday, Congress leader Sachin Pilot met the family of the victims who lost their lives in a tragic jeep accident in Chaksu, Jaipur. Pilot consoled the victim’s relatives and expressed his deep condolences at the tragedy. The family members of the deceased are demanding that relevant government departments be held accountable and immediate action be taken to ensure they receive proper compensation.
Taking to social media, Sachin Pilot urged the Rajasthan government to take swift action against the persons responsible for the accident and provide justice to the victim’s families. A relative of the victim further reported that Sachin Pilot has offered to provide financial compensation for the education of the victim’s children.
The jeep accident occurred on Sunday, causing four fatalities at the roadside in Chaksu. Following the event, family and relatives of the deceased have been staging a protest as the accused remain at large. Those staging the protest have requested the Rajasthan government to ensure the accused are swiftly brought to justice and appropriate compensation be awarded to the victim’s families.
