Man Charged with Murder of Irishman in UK
A man has been charged with murder following the death of an Irishman in west London over the weekend. James ‘JJ’ Donnelly, a former member of the Irish army, was found deceased at his residence in Hayes, Hillingdon. The authorities were alerted to the incident on July 15, and upon their arrival, they discovered the 45-year-old victim with a slash wound. James Donnelly was pronounced dead at the scene.
Leo Price, a 22-year-old resident of Uxbridge, was apprehended on July 16 at 3am on suspicion of murder. He has since been charged with murder and three counts of assaulting an emergency worker. Another individual, a 51-year-old man, has also been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and theft. As of now, he remains in police custody.
