Senate Republicans: Biden’s Alleged Role in US’s Largest Child Trafficking Ring

U.S. Senate Republicans recently released a video accusing President Joe Biden of creating the largest child trafficking ring in U.S. history. The video includes quotes from Republican senators expressing their concerns about the high number of unaccompanied minors being trafficked across the southern border.

The video highlights the fact that federal agencies responsible for caring for these children are unable to account for at least 85,000 of them. After being smuggled into the country, the Biden administration released them to sponsors under the oversight of the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Refugee Resettlement. However, reports indicate that many of these children were not placed with family members or anyone they knew.

The issue of unaccompanied minors going missing is not new. Initial reports suggested that over 45,000 children were missing by early 2022, and this number has more than doubled since then. The situation is even more concerning as some of these minors are found working in meat processing plants, in violation of child labor laws. Others have been involved in organized crime and have solicited funds to pay for their human smugglers.

Last year, an investigation conducted by the Florida Supreme Court revealed that the federal government’s management of the release and transport of unaccompanied children resulted in the facilitation of forced migration, sale, and abuse of foreign children. Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody called for Congress to take action and investigate the issue further.

Since then, Congress has held several hearings to address these concerns, and the Senate GOP video showcases clips from these hearings. The video also cites investigations by The New York Times, which reported that unaccompanied minors were being placed with human traffickers by the Biden administration and that they were working in harsh conditions across the United States.

Many individuals, including Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, have called for the impeachment of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, accusing him of violating federal law, lying under oath, and endangering the lives of American and unaccompanied children.

On the other hand, the Biden administration insists that the border is closed and that once the children are placed with sponsors, they are no longer the responsibility of the Department of Health and Human Services. However, their policies have been criticized for incentivizing crime and empowering Mexican cartels, who still control the flow of illegal aliens across the border.

Since President Biden took office, over 8 million people have entered the U.S. illegally, surpassing the individual populations of 38 states. This alarming situation calls for a comprehensive and balanced approach to address the issue of unaccompanied minors being trafficked across the southern border.

It is essential to maintain journalistic integrity by presenting different perspectives and opinions on this matter. The concerns raised by Senate Republicans highlight the need for further investigation and action, while the Biden administration’s stance emphasizes the importance of finding suitable sponsors for these children.

As the situation unfolds, it is crucial to focus on the well-being and safety of these vulnerable children. Efforts should be made to ensure their proper care and to address the underlying issues that contribute to their exploitation. The government, Congress, and various agencies must work together to find effective solutions and prevent the continuation of this disturbing trend.
