An 86-year-old man lost his life in a random shooting spree that took place in New York City recently. The suspect, believed to be a man on a scooter, was taken into custody by the New York Police Department for questioning.
The tragic incident occurred just before 11:30 a.m. when the 86-year-old victim was shot multiple times in the Richmond Hill area. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he sadly succumbed to his injuries.
Within a span of less than 10 minutes and approximately a mile away, a 63-year-old man was also shot, sustaining a bullet wound to his shoulder. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he is currently listed in serious but stable condition.
A few minutes later, the shooter targeted a 61-year-old man, shooting him in the torso. The victim is currently in critical condition at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
