Bulgaria’s CBA Asset Management approves 0.063 Euro per share dividend

Bulgaria’s CBA Asset Management, a well-known financial institution, has announced that it will pay a dividend of 0.063 euros per share to its shareholders. The company’s decision to distribute a gross dividend payout of approximately 0.124 levs ($0.069/0.063 euros) per share for the previous year was approved by its shareholders.

CBA Asset Management has stated that it will distribute 250,000 levs from its undistributed profit from 2021 to equity owners. This dividend will be paid out over the course of one year, starting from August 15. At the same time, the company has decided to retain its net profit of 312,000 levs from 2022 as undistributed profit.

According to previously disclosed data, CBA Asset Management paid out a gross dividend of approximately 0.26 levs per share for the year 2021, totaling 525,000 levs.

The company’s shares have been trading at 1.00 lev on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
