Inspectors from the renowned Michelin Guide have recently revealed their favorite new restaurants in the United Kingdom. The selection includes 11 establishments with a variety of culinary influences, such as Armenian, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese.
The Michelin inspectors travel throughout the year, evaluating existing restaurants and searching for new ones worthy of recognition in the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland. While the prestigious Michelin Stars, Green Stars, and Bib Gourmands are only unveiled at the annual Michelin Guide Ceremony, the inspectors constantly update their selection of new favorites. These additions are disclosed on a monthly basis.
