The achievement was recognized at two prestigious award ceremonies, The Golden Awards 4.0 and Kalamandir Platinum Champions 3.0 held in Surat, Gujarat. The Platinum Champions 3.0 ceremony aimed to appreciate and recognize the outstanding contributions of Kalamandir Jewellers’ sales team, who achieved remarkable success by selling platinum jewellery across the country, even in smaller towns such as Kosamba.
The company showed its appreciation for its staff’s hard work by rewarding 85% of the employees for meeting or exceeding the sales targets. The awards ceremony featured exciting activities and engaging dance performances, and categories such as best labelling team, most innovative person, marketing/photography/designing team, and unsung hero. Kalamandir Jewellers’ Surat Head Office, as well as the showrooms in Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Kosamba, and Vapi, were among the recipients of the awards.
The Most Dependable Team award went to the Kalamandir sales team from Surat, while other categories included Platinum Most Valuable Player, Platinum Game Changer, Platinum Super Striker, and the Kalamandir Game Changer Team, which was won by the Vapi team. The award ceremonies included a performance by famous Punjabi singer AK Singh and his team, who energized the crowds with their electrifying music.
