Vera Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: VERA) announced inducement awards granted to new employees under the 2024 Inducement Plan, complying with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The awards include non-qualified stock options for 31,250 shares of Class A common stock and restricted stock units (RSUs) for 14,500 shares of Class A common stock. Each stock option has an exercise price of $39.47 per share, vesting over four years, while the RSUs will also vest over a similar period.
