SeaWorld Orlando unveiled its summer lineup Wednesday, including the grand opening of the new Antarctica Realm experience and the return of weekend events such as Viva la Musica and the return of Bands, Brew and BBQ.
Antarctica Realm will be home to the new family launch coaster, Penguin Trek, set to open this summer, SeaWorld officials said. Guests can also enjoy up-close encounters with penguins in the expansive penguin habitat. While visiting, guests can enjoy a drink at South Pole Sips, a bar offering ice-cold draft beer, canned selections, and frozen cocktails.
SeaWorld Orlando is continuing its 60th-anniversary celebration with a new interactive parade called So Much More to Sea, featuring SeaWorld’s fan-favorite characters Shamu and Crew, along with the park’s ocean crew. Guests will also be able to start their day hanging out with Shamu and Crew at the new Shamu and Crew Better Together Breakfast. Reservations are required and capacity is limited.
SeaWorld officials also announced the return of their fireworks show, Ignite, which includes music, lights, and pyrotechnics. Guests can keep the fun going at night at Club SeaGlow at Bayside Stadium, where a DJ will be spinning dance music all evening. This event is only available on select nights.
