Australian Government Resolves Email Disruption on BICON System

All users of the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system can now breathe a sigh of relief as services have been restored following an unplanned disruption on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. The disruption, lasting from 08:45 to 16:20 (AEST), resulted in users not receiving emails from the department via the BICON system. However, the issue has since been resolved, and users are now once again receiving emails from the department.
