Lucknow: Insisting that every living being must align with eternal values for the welfare of the world, Aparameya Shyam Das, president of ISKCON Lucknow, stressed on the significance of returning to Sanatan principles.
He gave the call for embracing eternal values for the betterment of humanity while delivering a keynote address at a cultural event organised by the Navvarsh Chetna Samiti at Khatu Shyam Ji temple on Tuesday. Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain and high court advocate LP Mishra were present on the occasion.
Under the leadership of chief patron Rekha Tripathi, the New Year Chetna committee organised a programme to welcome the Indian New Year. The event also saw the release of the annual magazine Nav Chaitanya, dedicated to Lord Ram. Virendra Jaiswal from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh praised the committee’s efforts in preserving Indian civilization and culture.
