YEADON, Pa. – Former Yeadon police chief Anthony Paparo and the borough settled a federal racial discrimination lawsuit for $2.5 million, Paparo’s attorney confirmed. Paparo alleged racial discrimination and claimed he was fired because of his race. The Yeadon Borough Council voted to fire Paparo in March 2022, citing performance issues and mismanagement of funds.
