Three suspects were arrested after police say they stole nearly 600 cans of baby formula from a Walmart in southern Indiana. Boonville Police Department officers were dispatched to Walmart and apprehended the suspects near the store. The vehicle was impounded and searched, revealing the stolen baby formula. A total of 576 containers amounting to over $22,000 were recovered, leading to the arrest of Edgar Ramirez, Nora Zarate, and a juvenile suspect from Texas. Investigations suggest a larger theft ring involving Walmarts in various locations. Charges include theft of property and investigations are ongoing.
