The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha 2024 polls and is making preparations in various states. One of these states is Rajasthan, where party and government leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, are scheduled to visit in July.
The BJP is also eyeing the assembly polls in Rajasthan and plans to improve its position in areas where it is weak. Party sources say that they plan to contest the assembly polls on Modi’s face, but they have yet to announce any chief ministerial candidate.
PM Modi has already made six visits to Rajasthan in the past eight months, with his last visit to Ajmer happening in May. BJP leaders are also visiting different constituencies in Rajasthan to connect with the masses and highlight the achievements of the Modi government.
The BJP’s state president, CP Joshi, stated that the party would launch mass public relations campaigns by forming clusters in Lok Sabha constituencies. Party workers will go from village to village, promoting the party’s mantra of service, good governance, and the welfare of the poor. Additionally, various conferences, dialogues, and public meetings will be organized at different levels.
Despite factionalism within the party, the BJP remains relentless in its preparations for the upcoming polls. Party leaders are focusing on improving their position in areas where they are weak by correcting caste equations.
The BJP hopes that their efforts will pay off in the upcoming polls by resonating with the people of Rajasthan. With a clear strategy and relentless efforts, the BJP is confident that they will be able to win the hearts of the people of Rajasthan and emerge victorious in the upcoming polls.
