These clay bottles are made in Uttar Pradesh and we bring them from there and sell them here. They are also quite cheap. A small bottle costs Rs 60 and a big bottle costs Rs 100, says vendor Sudhir.

Another customer, Ambil Kumar Verma, notes that clay bottles are not only a safer alternative to plastic, but they’re also handy to carry anywhere.
Today, clay utensils have gone out of use. But if they get a new direction and a new identity, made available in the market, then it will be very good for body maintenance and elders will also like this thing at home, adds Sharma.
