A DOG owner from Salisbury is celebrating after their pet won best in class at this year’s Crufts.
Keesha Brignall, 25, and their one-year-old coonhound Ephraim, entered this year’s Import Hound Junior group, and has taken home the top prize.
Black and Tan Coonhounds are a breed of scent hound originating from the United States, traditionally used for raccoon hunting.
Keesha previously said before the competition that it felt natural adopting a member of the breed after her time spent in the American South.
Keesha has been fascinated by the world of dog showing from an early age, but her first real venture into the sport came last year.

She said: It just feels nice to have something that I would consider a piece of my past and my history in with me.
The recent win in Birmingham means the team of Ephraim and Keesha automatically qualify for Crufts 2025.
Keesha said: Ephraim was a superstar and showed beautifully. I’m so proud of him.
