A Calgary man, Jamal Baroudi, has pleaded guilty in a road rage incident where he fired seven shots at another driver, narrowly missing the victim’s head by an inch or two. The 25-year-old admitted to discharging a firearm with intent to endanger life. Baroudi, who possessed a firearms licence and owned three restricted semi-automatic handguns, will be sentenced later this year after a risk assessment and psychological report have been completed. The victim was present in court and is expected to deliver a statement during the sentencing hearing. Dashcam footage from the victim’s truck captured the entire incident.
