Low Oxygen Levels Spell Danger for Titanic Submersible Search and Missing Passengers’ Rescue Efforts

Rescuers are frantically searching for the missing Titanic submersible, along with five passengers and a Titan, as time is against them. The estimated 90 hours of oxygen available to those inside the sub has already expired, according to calculations. However, the US Coast Guard confirms that the mission is still in the search and rescue phase, giving hope to those eagerly waiting for updates. Two remotely operated vehicles operated by the French and Canadians are currently scouring the sea floor to find the submersible. Rear Admiral John Mauger of the US Coast Guard said the mission is an active search and rescue. He added that they factor in a lot of data and information into the search, keeping the crew members and families in their thoughts as the rescue effort continues. The US Coast Guard is using the equipment available to expand their search capability and provide rescue capability. The race against time to save those trapped inside the sub continues, as the oxygen levels become dangerously low.
