The hosts lost their first two wickets early on, but Australian all-rounder Preston Hilless and Tyler Wellman steadied the innings with 46 and 41 runs respectively. David Hartley claimed the wicket of Hilless, but Mark Batey (63) and Sam Farrow (50) took charge of the game. North Devon struggled with the Uplyme attack, ending their innings at 236 all out, with Muzahidul Islam and Mohammed Miah being the only North Devon players that crossed the 20-run mark. Despite a brief late run chase, Uplyme ultimately wrapped up a well-deserved win.
