Priyanka Gill, one of the cofounders of direct-to-consumer company Good Glamm Group, is set to join Kalaari Capital as a venture partner, according to a news release. Gill will also assume the role of chairperson at Good Media Co, which oversees the group’s digital media business, and join the board of Good Glamm. Her move comes after Good Glamm acquired her content community firm, PopXo, last year. Additionally, Gill will lead CXXO, an initiative at Kalaari Capital focused on supporting female-led companies. Good Glamm Group, which includes brands like PopXo and Miss Malini, has experienced slower growth due to efforts to improve profitability. The company’s net loss in the fiscal year ended March 2022 was Rs 273 crore, with operating revenue of Rs 240 crore.
