PR and content agency Bud celebrated its third anniversary by launching a new service called Moonshot, which is geared towards start-ups in the Asia-Pacific region. Moonshot is a lightweight program specifically designed for early-stage start-ups to advance their communications to the next level. The program achieves this by creating a press office, developing messaging for different audiences, preparing spokespeople for the limelight, and executing a first communications plan. Bud launched Moonshot after identifying a need in the PR and communications agency landscape for a cost-effective plug-and-play solution for early-stage start-ups. In tandem with Moonshot, Bud also released a playbook entitled “Startup to Scale-Up: How PR & Communications can help young businesses earn trust, secure funding and build their dream teams”. The playbook is aimed at start-up founders and offers a range of foundational points such as honing employee communications and aligning a founder’s personal brand with their company’s.
