An armed man in Hamburg, Germany, who was holding a woman inside an apartment, was safely taken into custody on Friday night. The Town of Hamburg SWAT team responded to a call for assistance and successfully brought the woman to safety. The incident prompted a large police presence in the area of Clearview Way and McKinley Parkway, with the Hamburg police urging residents in that area as well as Cambridge Square to remain in their homes. The police have assured the neighborhood that there is no further danger.
