Blackbaud, a leading provider of software for social impact, has announced the latest participants in its Social Good Startup Program. The program serves as a tech accelerator for early-stage software companies focused on solving problems in the social impact sector. The January cohort includes eight startups that will develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) to maximize the impact of nonprofits, schools, and individual givers. These startups also feature founders from underrepresented backgrounds in the tech industry. The program allows startups to integrate with Blackbaud products, creating additional value for Blackbaud’s customers. The Social Good Startup Program has supported 55 startups in previous cohorts, contributing 25 new solutions to the social impact sector. Participants in the program receive access to resources, marketing opportunities, non-dilutive grant funding, and tailored growth plans. The startups also have the opportunity to showcase their ideas at the annual Blackbaud Social Good Startup Showcase. Blackbaud continues to play a pivotal role in powering social impact through its software solutions for fundraising, nonprofit management, digital giving, and more.
