This year’s Yoga Day theme is ‘Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,’ which means ‘One World-One Family.’ The theme emphasizes the spirit of yoga that unites and takes everyone along. Programs related to yoga were organized across the country, with arrangements being made in different parts of the nation to celebrate the occasion and spread awareness of the benefits of the ancient Indian practice.
