Pat Cummins took five wickets as Australia bowled out Pakistan for 313 on the opening day of the third test in Sydney. Mohammad Rizwan top-scored for Pakistan with 88 runs. In the final moments of the day, David Warner delighted the crowd by opening the batting alongside Usman Khawaja. Warner received a warm reception in his final test match and scored four runs in the single over left in the day. Australia finished the day at 6/0 and will continue their innings on Thursday. Cummins’ five-wicket haul marked his third consecutive inns.
