India achieved a record in exports in the last two years, with shipments reaching $500 billion in 2020-21 and $776 billion in 2022-23, despite global economic challenges, according to Union Minister Piyush Goyal. Speaking at a press conference at the BJP headquarters, Goyal said India had maintained a robust economy under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Modi government is aiming to make India a $35 trillion economy in the next 25 years from its current $3.5 trillion economy, while also taking care of India’s heritage and destroying the mindset of slavery, Goyal added.
