Sayed Humayun Qaisar, a former director at Radio Kashmir Srinagar (All India Radio), has established himself as a renowned radio broadcaster. With over 33 years of experience and more than 10,000 innovative programs, Qaisar has made a significant impact on the industry, empowering the next generation of leaders.
During his broadcasting career, Qaisar introduced new formats to radio broadcasts, allowing him to create a unique bond with his audience. One of his key achievements was the first and only ‘continuous live radio game show’ in the country, called ‘Dhadkan’. For 17 years, the show entertained and inspired millions across India, guiding local youth towards pursuing careers in Civil Services.
Qaisar’s influence extended beyond entertainment and sports, as he shared his knowledge and experiences with younger generations. Since 1994, he has served as a visiting faculty member at various institutions and universities, counselling and grooming thousands of aspiring individuals for competitive exams and various careers.
His passion for exploring various passions, including cricket and art, enriched his life and shaped his journey, winning him the State award for painting and recognition for his cricketing prowess.
