A man is facing 25 years in prison after being accused of killing his girlfriend with a crossbow in Elma, New York. Frank J. Litterio, 61, was arraigned on a count of second-degree murder by the Erie County District Attorney, John J. Flynn. The incident took place earlier this week in Litterio’s home.
