Union Minister Smriti Irani attributes the recent victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Assembly Election Results 2023 to what she calls the ‘Modi Magic.’ According to Irani, the indecent remarks and taunts made by the Gandhi family against Prime Minister Narendra Modi proved costly for the Congress party. As vote counting continues, it appears that the BJP is set to secure victories in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.
Expressing gratitude to the citizens who voted for the BJP, Irani said, ‘Modi Magic’ has spelled doom for the opposition parties in India. She further stated that these results indicate the BJP’s potential victory in the forthcoming 2024 general elections. Irani believes that the people have shown immense faith in the policies and development guarantees put forth by Prime Minister Modi.
In a scathing criticism of the Congress party, Irani highlighted the consequences of their taunts and disrespectful remarks aimed at Prime Minister Modi. She attributes the BJP’s success to what she perceives as the high cost paid by the Gandhi family for their inappropriate comments.
The BJP’s dominance in the Assembly Election Results 2023 is evident as they continue to lead in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. Notably, in Telangana, the Congress party is poised to dethrone the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and take power in the state.
While the counting of votes for the Mizoram Assembly elections 2023 was initially scheduled for December 3, it was rescheduled to December 4 due to the state’s Christian-majority population’s observance of Sunday as a special day.
As the Assembly Elections 2023 in all five states – Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Mizoram, and Telangana – draw to a close, the BJP’s impressive performance suggests a significant political shift in the country.
