Veteran actor Aruna Irani recently shared her experience shooting for the song ‘Dekha Na Haye Re’ from the 1972 film ‘Bombay To Goa’. The song featured Mehmood, Amitabh Bachchan, and Aruna Irani herself, with Shatrughan Sinha. Irani spoke about shooting the song in a bus, which included many difficulties due to space limitations. However, Amitabh Bachchan trained himself for the dance sequence, and the whole thing was executed brilliantly in just three days. Irani was a guest on the reality show ‘India’s Best Dancer 3’ and praised the performance of Maharashtra’s Shivam Wankhede, along with choreographer Sonali Kar, on the same song. She complimented them both, saying that the performance was stunning and that she didn’t even imagine that the song could be performed like this. Aruna Irani debuted in 1961 as a child actor and has since acted in many films, including ‘Aulad’, ‘Humjoli’, ‘Devi’, ‘Naya Zamana’, ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Do Phool’, and many more. ‘India’s Best Dancer 3’ airs on Sony Entertainment Television.
