The successful rescue operation was applauded by SDRF workers who had been engaged in the mission. They described it as a remarkable day, acknowledging the difficulty of the operation and expressing relief that all the trapped workers were healthy and safe.

Cyriac Joseph, the MD and CEO of Squadrone Infra Mining Pvt Ltd, considered the mission not only difficult but a war for humanity. He expressed his gladness at being a part of it and appreciated the opportunity to contribute to such a noble cause.

The successful evacuation received further praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who recognized the courage and patience of the trapped workers and their families, as well as the bravery and determination of the rescue personnel. PM Modi emphasized that the workers’ resilience and enduring spirit were inspiring, and he wished them good health and well-being.

PM Modi also acknowledged the families’ patience and courage during this challenging time and expressed his satisfaction that, after a long wait, the workers would finally be reunited with their loved ones. He commended everyone involved in the mission for setting an example of humanity and teamwork.

In conclusion, the rescue of the Silkyari tunnel workers in Uttarakhand was a testament to the unwavering determination and collective efforts of the rescue personnel.
