£130 Million Investment Fund Launched to Boost Welsh SMEs, UK

CARDIFF – The British Business Bank has launched a £130 million investment fund to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Wales. The fund aims to drive sustainable economic growth by providing Welsh businesses with financial options to scale up and stay competitive in the market.

The initiative is designed to bolster the Welsh economy by offering loans ranging from £25,000 to £2 million and equity investments of up to £5 million. To manage the fund, the British Business Bank has appointed fund managers BCRS Business Loans, FW Capital, and Foresight.
