In her new role, Dr. Patton will report directly to Taylor Harris, the Chief Executive Officer of Cutera, and will be responsible for leading the legal, compliance, intellectual property, and human resources functions of the company.
Dr. Patton brings with her over two decades of legal experience, with a focus on the life sciences industry. She has worked both in private practice and as in-house counsel for various companies. Her extensive expertise will be a valuable asset to Cutera as it continues to thrive in the aesthetics industry.

Dr. Stephana Patton holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Erskine College, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cell and Developmental Biology from Emory University, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Her impressive background includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at InterVenn Biosciences and holding various legal and compliance positions at Eiger Biopharmaceuticals, BioTime, Inc., BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc., and Salix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
