Kumar also accused Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and BJP leader Ram Madhav of taking the support of anti-national forces to win elections, and called for them to be booked under the National Security Act. The Congress spokesperson demanded answers from Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding his lack of response to the situation in Manipur. Officials have reported that over 100 people have died and thousands have been displaced in the state.
