OpenAI Launches GPTs: Customized Chatbot Building Made Accessible

For instance, a bed-and-breakfast owner can easily design a chatbot that answers guests’ questions by uploading the establishment’s existing guest manual.
However, OpenAI acknowledges the potential for mistakes due to the scale of data on which ChatGPT is trained.
