Although Extremis itself will not be featured in The Marvels, DaCosta teased that the effect influenced something in her film, leaving viewers curious about what to expect when it hits theaters.
Iron Man 3 takes place after the events of The Avengers and delves into Tony Stark’s psychological aftermath following the battle in New York City.
