The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has come under fire for deleting a question related to the launch date of Quit India Movement’s from the state service exam-2022. MPPSC officials claim there was confusion over the date, prompting the removal of the question, which carried two marks. However, candidates who took the exam ticked 9 August 1942 as the correct answer and have made public a government circular stating the anniversary of the August Kranti should be celebrated on that day. The circular was issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions of the Central Government.
