On June 14, 2020, the entertainment industry and fans around the world were left in shock when Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. A year later, his sister Shweta Singh Kirti paid tribute to her beloved brother on his death anniversary.
Through a heartfelt Instagram post, Shweta shared pictures of Sushant and screenshots of the books he had suggested she read. In one of the photos, Sushant can be seen surrounded by his niece and nephew, highlighting his loving nature.
Sushant’s passion for reading and astrophysics was well-known among his fans, and it is evident in the books he recommended to Shweta. In a snapshot of a conversation between the siblings, Sushant suggested three books and wrote, Also these three were my last year’s fav. You also share if you find anything kickass.
Shweta’s post was a touching reminder of the bond she shared with her brother, and how much she misses him. In the caption, she wrote, Love you Bhai, and salute to your intelligence. I miss you every moment. But I know you are a part of me now…. You have become as integral as my breath. Sharing a few books recommended by him. Let’s live him by being him. #SushantIsAlive
