Equal Education Opportunities for All Children Urged by Caretaker Minister for Progress in Society

In a recent address, Barrister Feroze Jamal Shah Kakakhel, the Caretaker Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, emphasized the importance of equal educational opportunities for all children in order to foster progress in society. Speaking at a function organized by the Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT) in Alamabad Swabi, Kakakhel drew inspiration from the teachings of the Holy Quran and the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), stressing the significance of caring for orphans.

Kakakhel highlighted the need to provide education and training to children and to reward their hard work, ensuring they feel fairly treated and their rights respected. He emphasized that only through such measures could children take ownership and responsibility for the future of the country. The minister expressed his gratitude to KORT for their construction of an education complex in Swabi, commending the local residents who provided the land free of charge. Kakakhel also acknowledged the vital role played by overseas Pakistanis in supporting orphans and contributing to the country’s development.

Addressing the issue of brain drain from the province and the country, the Minister of Information identified the violation of merit as a leading cause. He stressed that youth would embrace the country’s system when merit and transparency are upheld. Kakakhel disclosed that the tourism department has been assigned the task of organizing special tours for children with disabilities. Recently, visually impaired children enjoyed a tour of Galiat, and a similar excursion will be planned for orphans to allow them to experience the beauty of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The ceremony featured speeches by notable individuals, including Pir Sultan-ul-Arifin, Chief KORT Chaudhry Akhtar, Lt. Gen. (retd) Nigar Johar, Air Chief Marshal (r) Sohail Aman, Air Commodore (r) Mohammad Shabbir, and Owner Atif Rana of Lahore Qalandar. This gathering provided a platform for diverse perspectives on the importance of equal education opportunities and support for orphans.

The Caretaker Minister’s call for equal education opportunities for all children echoes a global push towards inclusivity and access to quality education. As societies progress, it becomes imperative to ensure that no child is left behind and that every individual has the chance to unlock their potential. By placing a focus on providing equal education opportunities, societies can empower their youth to shape a brighter future.

In conclusion, Barrister Feroze Jamal Shah Kakakhel, as the Caretaker Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, has advocated for equal education opportunities for all children to foster progress in society. His emphasis on caring for orphans and providing them with education and training aligns with the teachings of the Holy Quran and the compassionate orders of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Recognizing the role of merit and transparency, Kakakhel aims to address brain drain and ensure the youth of the country take ownership of its future. The support provided by organizations like KORT and overseas Pakistanis is crucial in achieving these goals. By embracing inclusivity and equal opportunities, societies can pave the way for a brighter future for all children.
