Three Killed as Bus Plunges into Ditch in Uttarakhand
In a tragic incident, a bus carrying 32 passengers crashed into a ditch in Uttarakhand’s Nainital district, resulting in the death of three individuals. The authorities have reported that 28 people have been successfully rescued so far, while rescue operations are still underway to save any remaining passengers.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nainital PN Meena, We have managed to rescue 28 people until now, but unfortunately, three individuals lost their lives in this devastating accident. We have recovered their bodies, and there are still 1-2 people trapped inside the bus. Our priority is to rescue them as soon as possible. The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) is actively partaking in the rescue operations.
