Biker Faces Charges for Stomping Car, Pointing Gun, and Assaulting Mother in Viral Video
A biker in Philadelphia has been charged after an alarming incident caught on video went viral. The footage shows the biker stomping and smashing a car’s rear window while two young children, aged 2 and 5, were seated in the back. The situation escalated when the biker pointed a gun at the children’s mother and even head-butted her.
The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Cody Heron, has been charged with possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person, and multiple counts of aggravated assault. The incident occurred on Sunday, and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has confirmed the charges against Heron.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, Heron collided with the complainant’s vehicle while riding with a large group of motorcycle riders through Center City. The video footage shows Heron dismounting from his motorcycle and jumping onto the back of the victim’s car. He proceeds to kick in the rear window, showering shattered glass onto the terrified children in the back seat. Additionally, a firearm falls from Heron’s waistband before he retrieves it and threatens the victim with it after she confronts him on the street. The confrontation escalates further when Heron head-butts her before fleeing the scene in his vehicle.
The mother involved in this harrowing incident, Nikki Bullock, spoke to WCAU-TV about the ordeal. She explained that she was delivering food with her girlfriend and their children when the biker’s reckless actions caused the initial collision. Bullock confronted the biker, which led to him vandalizing her car and eventually resorting to violence.
Although Bullock questioned the seriousness of the gun threat, she bravely confronted the biker as he pointed the weapon at her. In a surprising turn of events, she even mustered the strength to shove the biker back, causing him to fall from his motorcycle. Fortunately, Bullock’s children were unharmed throughout the terrifying ordeal.
Witness George Coloney, who captured the incident on video, expressed his shock at the biker’s extreme behavior. Coloney, who was on a tour bus at the time, stated that the biker’s actions were completely out of control and could have caused serious harm to innocent bystanders.
Authorities have not yet confirmed whether Heron has legal representation, and his relatives could not be reached for comment. Police arrived at the scene after the biker fled, and it remains unclear if anyone intervened to stop him.
