SPRINGFIELD — The Realtor Assoc. of Pioneer Valley will be sponsoring a 40-hour sales licensing course to assist individuals in preparing for the Massachusetts real-estate salesperson license exam. The course, which will consist of 14 classes, will run from Wednesday, Nov. 1, through Wednesday, Dec. 6. By offering this comprehensive course, the association aims to equip aspiring real estate professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the industry.
This intensive course covers a wide range of topics essential to the real estate profession. Participants can expect to explore property rights, ownership, condos, land use, contracts, deeds, financing, mortgages, real-estate brokerage, appraisal, fair housing, consumer protection, Massachusetts license law, and more.
