Latson’s scoring prowess will be crucial for the team’s success. Junior forward Makayla Timpson, graduate guard Sara Bejedi, and junior guard O’Mariah Gordon also bring valuable experience and contribute to the team’s strength. Additionally, new additions such as transfer players Alexis Tucker and Sakyia White, along with talented freshmen Avery Treadwell, Lucia Navarro, and Carla Viegas, add depth and promise to the squad.
The season opener will see the Seminoles face Charleston Southern on Monday, November 6, followed by two exhibition games against Flagler and Clayton State at the Tucker Center. These games will provide an opportunity for the team to fine-tune their strategies and build chemistry before the regular season.
