Teachers in Madhya Pradesh, India, were recently involved in a two-day training program at Springdales Senior Secondary School in Narmadapuram. Experts from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) were in attendance to provide training on classroom management to educators from various schools in the area, including the Sharda Vidya Mandir in Sehore and the Sagar Public School in Bhopal, among others.
The program featured master trainers who provided instruction on classroom training and its importance, as well as assessment and evaluation. Teachers were informed about the significance of discipline, and the importance of both rewards and punishments in maintaining a productive classroom environment. The relationship between teachers, students and parents was also explored during the training.
At the conclusion of the program, the teachers had the opportunity to ask the trainers questions related to the content covered during the training session. An assessment report was then prepared by the trainers and sent to CBSE. The event ended with the principal of Springdales School Mona Chatterjee presenting mementos to all of the experts who participated in the session.
Overall, the training program was a resounding success, and has enabled a number of teachers in Madhya Pradesh to improve their classroom management skills. Thanks to the experts from CBSE and the hosting Springdales Senior Secondary School, educators are now better equipped to help students achieve their educational goals.
