In an exclusive interview with ANI, Malik shared his own struggles and mentioned how his daughters, Anmol and Ada Malik, are working hard to establish themselves in their respective fields.
Malik revealed that it has become easier for someone from outside to make it in the industry than for star kids, as many opportunities are now available to newcomers. He emphasized that star kids also have to work hard to prove their talent, citing his daughter Anmol, who is an outstanding singer.

He added that Anmol has written a book titled Three Impossible Wishes, which has been published by HarperCollins and is being converted into a series.
